returning products to us! Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.
Shipping or Product Defects: Our products are 100% guaranteed to be free from defects or you may contact us within 30 days.
Other Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund or credit. The package and product must be returned in their original
condition along with the original sales/packing slip. Any items retuned without original packing
slip or in any package other than the delivery package, cannot be retuned for a cash refund.
The RMA number must be in the mailing address for the proper processing. Any package received without the RMA number will not be accepted.
